The mind behind the Field Hymns label and Tiny Little Hammers design, Portland's Wayne Longer releases psychedelic soundscapes under the name Adderall Canyonly. From Below We Reach Above finds Longer straddling a wondrous line between musical beauty and hazy abstraction. Combining synth and guitar in almost equal measures, each track soars and shimmers in its own distinct way, occasionally veering into darker territory or combining with elements of noise to keep you on your toes and help you fully drift away.
